FIRST IRVING CHURCH GRAPHICS

For several years First Irving Church has required graphical work for their sermon series, Easter campaigns, Christmas Advent series, and occasional other projects like logos and print pieces. We partnered with Rocket Park to execute these graphics in a way that not only provide information to current church members but also could be used in inviting the community to events and services.

Each campaign/series was designed to tie into the theme of the specific occasion and capture the essence of the topic. Typically several initial aesthetics were pitched after reviewing the church’s input and directions. After narrowing down to one, we would then go through and create a full set of graphics for the campaign, often including:

• Print Invitation Cards

• Devotional Booklet Covers

• Social Media Graphics (posts, banners, stories, etc.)

• Slides

• Logos or Titles

Project Fact

Creative Briefs for these campaigns were often fairly open, allowing us the ability to explore unique and eye-catching ways to capture the essence of the event. Oftentimes the projects ended up being mixed media, combining photos and hand-drawn illustrations with type.
